According to Jacqueline Davies, head of talent, performance and resourcing at Barclays Global Retail, the same applies for recruiters themselves, who need to search for talent which can "deliver at every level", Recruiter reported.
Speaking at the Human Resources Forum in London, Ms Davies pointed out that instead of thinking of talent solely in terms of individuals, companies need to consider how they can create a talented organisation.
"To withstand volatility, we need to build talented organisations and talented individuals," Recruiter reports her as saying.
It comes after the latest survey of worldwide employers by Antal showed that the number of people being hired across all sectors, including sales recruitment, is on the rise globally.
