Names on the shortlist for the 16th edition of the ceremony include established firms such as O2 Unify and Telefonica O2 UK hoping to walk away with the Customer Collaboration Award, Royal Mail in with a shout of picking up six awards and Virgin Media featuring in all but four categories.
A number of companies are also hoping to repeat their success of last year's National Sales Awards when the 2012 edition takes place at the Grosvenor, in London, on November 6th.
For one, the Door to Door Sale Team of the Royal Mail has the opportunity to win the Contact Centre Sales Team of the Year award for a second year on the bounce.
Meanwhile, Virgin Media's National Movers Centre Team will be vying to outshine all other once more in the Sales Management Team category.
